How I can help you

Self Exploration and Empowerment

We live in a world full of sexual stigma and body shaming. To be able to explore our own pleasure, we must first find a way back to our own body and break through our conditioning.

Pleasure looks different for everyone. Together we will celebrate and embrace your unique version of pleasure, and empower you to welcome it into your life.

Mindful Dating

Dating can be a minefield of unspoken expectations, triggers, and anxiety-inducing rejection. Add all the above to a culture that has overlooked consent and led to generations of traumatized individuals.

Whether you are re-entering the dating scene, you’ve never had much luck with dating, or you just want to navigate consent conversations better, I can help you navigate dating in all it's complexities.

Reach your Intimacy Goals

Whether you’re looking to break habits that are no longer serving you, want to address a mismatch in sexual drives or desires, or just want more orgasms in your life, you have come to the right place!

Together, we will discover your core sexual and emotional desires, and navigate ways to invite and integrate these into your day to day life.

Embrace your Sexual Identity

As a queer woman, I spent years struggling with my desires before finally embracing my sexuality and expressing my authentic self to the people in my life.

Whatever your gender or sexual identity, I can help you embrace your true desires, and express your authentic self. Our sessions are a safe space to express, play, and explore what authenticity feels like.

Authentic Relating

Can we please be done with the phrase ‘happy wife, happy life’? So much pain that arises in relationship comes from one, or many partners giving up parts of their authentic self to appease others.

I can help you connect with your own internal compass and to find your true nature, needs, and desires. This way you can connect with others from a place of embodied and authentic self-expression.

Explore Kinks

There is no ‘normal’ way to be intimate with someone.

That ‘sick’ fantasy that haunts you during intimacy, the hand around your throat that leaves you throbbing, or the sci-fi porn that leaves you flush in the face and wild with desire - are all completely normal.

Whether it’s negotiating a kink your partner just can’t get on board with, unpacking a fantasy that leaves you feeling ashamed, or learning how to dominate your willing submissive, we can explore all types of kinks within our sessions.

Alternative Relationships

The concept of monogamy is relatively new to the human species. However, the belief that it is the only way to relate is prevalent in modern culture. Sometimes this relationship structure just doesn’t work for some people or their partners.

I provide you with a judgement-free space to explore what non-monogamous options might be available to you. Whether it’s swinging, monogamish, polyamory, relationship anarchy, and more.

Navigate Conflict

Just can’t get on the same page? Did they cross a boundary that left you feeling betrayed? Conflict is unavoidable in relationships, but it’s how you work through conflicts together that allows a relationship to flourish.

I work with individuals and couples to navigate conflicts when they arise. Whether we’re working through expressing feelings, initiating a repair conversation, or finding boundaries and learning how to communicate them effectively, you will have a safe place to practice.

We’re not looking for perfection, we’re aiming to find mutual empathy and understanding.

FAQs

  • No! I work with all sorts of people across the gender and sexuality spectrum, to help them find the greatest pleasure in their intimacy.

    I also work with:

    • People new to or unexperienced with intimacy

    • People struggling with sexual limitations and/or dysfunctions

    • People finding their sexual preferences and/or fantasies are stigmatized, troublesome, or dangerous

    • Couples who have ‘lost the spark’

    • People wanting to explore non-monogamy either alone or within current relationships

  • Unfortunately our sessions can not be claimed through the regular health insurance bodies.

  • My studies have been through independent and private institutions.
This means I am not a registered Therapist or Counsellor.

  • Through my studies, I have learned to work with clients in a way that is trauma-aware. With clients who have experienced trauma, I utilize knowledge of Polyvagal theory, Somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems.

The somatic approach taken in our sessions is one that recognizes when trauma triggers show up in the body. I take an embodied approach to assist my clients back to a non-triggered state.

  • I follow the boundaries of the Somatica method, which means that clothing is always kept on in our sessions together, whether in person or online.

“Every session with Jess is different because she meets me exactly where I’m at, at that particular moment… But at the core of every session, there is a deepening of my relationship to my own sexuality.

Romantically, I am more direct and empowered in my desire while also being able to both respect and express boundaries. Truly, I can say that working with Jess has changed my life for the better.”
