Why This Work Matters: The Power of Intimacy to Heal and Transform
Sexuality and intimacy are foundational aspects of being human, yet they are often misunderstood, repressed, or shrouded in shame. Many of us grow up internalizing societal messages that tell us our desires are wrong or that our bodies are something to be controlled rather than celebrated. This disconnection leaves people feeling stuck—trapped in relationships that lack depth, unsure of how to communicate their needs, or unable to access the joy and pleasure they deserve.

The Clients I love to work with
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, each seeking to reconnect with themselves and their relationships. Confidence, or the lack of it, is a recurring theme. Many clients feel uncertain about how to express their desires or show up authentically in their relationships. For some, it’s a lack of experience or guidance; for others, societal expectations and conditioning have left them questioning their worth or validity.

Guiding Others Through Transformation with the Somatica® Method
When I began my work as a somatic sex and intimacy coach, I knew I wanted to offer something profoundly different from traditional talk therapy. Too often, we’re taught to intellectualize our struggles, to think our way through challenges in relationships and intimacy. But the truth is, our bodies hold the key to deeper connection and healing. That’s why the Somatica Method resonated so deeply with me and became the cornerstone of my practice.

Breaking Free: Discovering Embodiment and Overcoming Shame
The path to becoming a somatic sex and intimacy coach wasn’t straightforward—it was a journey of self-discovery, transformation, and breaking free from the weight of shame.
